A Classroom Lecture

HOW CAN WE
END ACT INEQUALITY?

Take ACTion!

1. Tell your teachers, administrators, school newspapers, family, friends, and coworkers that the ACT disadvantages left-handed test takers. Send them links to this website!

2. Identify and notify notable lefties.
Reach out to teachers, professors, politicians, writers,
members of the news media, artists, athletes, journalists, philanthropists, and influencers.

Tweet high-profile lefties!
Send them emails. Post on their Instagrams and Facebook pages.

Well-known lefties can help us let more people understand the need for ACT equality more quickly!

3. Contact the ACT and request that they offer a left-handed or Universally Designed test format.

If you are left-handed, and have an ACT testing date in the immediate future:

1. Contact the ACT and request an extra test booklet and permission to bring a blank piece of paper into your testing session.

2. If your request is denied, continue to politely make the request every time you take the ACT!

Let's end ACT inequality together!
